Practices as Counsel and Attorney at Law in courts and arbitral tribunals, with particular emphasis on contract law, corporate and commercial law. Special know-how in the field of transport law, logistics and customs law.

Education: Legal studies at the University of Basel (lic. iur., 2008); 2011 Admission to the Bar; 2012 CAS Forensics; 2016 Dissertation on the subject of the role of the remuneration committee pursuant to the new regulations against excessive compensation.

Professional Experience: Research fellow/Scientific assistant to Prof. Dr. Peter Böckli; Legal internship at a major commercial law firm in Basel and the Criminal Court of Basel-Stadt; Employee at the legal service of a major Swiss insurance company (departement of occupational pension funds); lecturer for contract and corporate law at the Swiss Institute for Business Administration, Zurich; working at ThomannFischer as (Senior) Associate 2012-2019 and since 2020 as Partner.
Reserve Officer of the Swiss Armed Forces (Military Prosecutor).
